I'm having challenges with low libido, do you work with this?
Yes. I'm trained to support people experiencing low desire, disinterest and low libido. I also have a background in embodiment, sensuality techniques and Sexology to build and activate eros and energy to help people become more orgasmic.
Are you covered by Medicare?
No. Currently counselling and sexology are not rebated under medicare. Most clients begin 3 session packages to reduce costs. You will find my sessions are highly competitive and I have years of experience.
Do you do couples / marriage therapy?
Yes. Couples counselling is conducted in Geelong or online.
I'm trained in Gottman Relationship Therapy, Conscious relating conscious communication, conflict resolution and Tantra. I help couples understand polarity, attunement, how to read their partner, negotiate needs and offer love and support. I work holistically with practices to build connection. I love working as a marriage counsellor with couples that need to get the spark back! What is SOMATIC? Somatic means the body, coming from the word SOMA in greek. Somatic sexology encompasses talk therapy and sensate focus and touch based learning work. This means we practise and explore engagement activities in clinic, to learn how to feel, control, release, touch others with consent, become present, learn sexual techniques, boundaries, kink and more...
Is Sex therapy & counselling with you just about sex?
No. Sexology addresses more than just sex, things like, self worth, trust, confidence, relationship skills, belief systems, body shame, infidelity, pain, fears, the inability to engage or initiate, how to communicate your needs, resolving conflicts, expressing your truth and authentically showing up in dating and relating.
Do you do touch based therapy?
Yes, I can. I am a Somatic Sexologist and trained Sexological bodyworker. From fun and simple touch techniques that can be shown with clothes on to deeper Sexological bodywork. This may or may not include genital based touch, with or without clothes, depending on the learning framework and goal of the client.
Some clients and couples need help to learn skills and new ways to engage. They need to be shown and guided to develop feeling and trust and voice boundaries and needs.
Do you have sex with me? No. Educational based sex work is called EROTIC ENRICHMENT. I can discuss suitable practitioners for this type of work and assist you with a pathway to the best person.
Will you as my therapist be taking of your clothes in a Sex therapy or Couples Counselling session?
No.
As a professional that adheres to the strict guidelines of the SSEAA. (Somatic Sex Educators Assocation of Australasia) I do not get naked. I must wear gloves as part of any bodywork. But nudity is important and a normal part of somatic sexology for some learning objectives and competely welcomed in my clinic.
However most of my clients achieve their outcome fully clothed. As a Somatic Sexologist and Sexuality Coach with a back ground in Tantra and embodiment, I can support clients in a trauma informed and educational approach to resolving challenges with intimacy and pleasure.
Can you help me with dating and attracting the right person?
Yes. As someone who has been single and in long relationships I can help you as a coach and mentor. Using tantra, feminine and masculine dynamics, polarity, consent and conscious communication. It's highly beneficial having a coach to learn to trust and follow the messages of your heart and body.
Do you see queer couples?
Yes. I have worked with queer couples, all gender expressions are welcome in my space.

Yes, not only have I gone through specialised training in this area, I have a lived experience of open and poly relating and life style. This is a judgement free space and completely confidential. A space to learn how to avoid the mistakes that can make ENM super challenging without support.

Yes. This is a common issue that I work with. Not only will we be doing traditional sexology, I am a somatic therapist and I can do hands-on sexological bodywork under an educational & therapeutic framework. We discuss this over a session and build on technique with homework. Over a number of sessions you will havc what you need to improve your sex life and I get great results!
