Service Description
(Please note- this is not for sex or relationships therapy sessions- book sex therapy for online or in-person couples counselling or individual sex therapy sessions) This de-armouring therapy, works at a deep level, to release stuck states through the combination of breath-work, gentle rhythmic movement and embodied somatic based counselling. It supports clients to release patterns of protection and constriction around the intelligence of the heart, mind, gut and primal centres. These sessions are conducting initially in a seated position and then into a lying position on the floor. This incredible practice helps shift the patterns of armour that restrict life force, and the capacity to open to life and others. It helps to connect you to the powerful abundance of healing within you and your innate wisdom and love.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy - Please Read Consultations require 48 hours notice via email or sms; otherwise you will be billed for the missed appointment as follows: A no show or late cancellation/reschedule within 24 hours will incur a 100% charge. Cancellations / reschedule within 48 hours will incur a $50 fee. If I have your card on file this will be billed automatically otherwise an invoice will be sent out. No refunds on packages. You can transfer to other services.
